Now that Hallowe’en has passed, we’re officially allowed to start talking about Christmas! With that in mind, I’m delving into my own wish lists to deliver to you a luxury Boudoir inspired Christmas gifts to suit a range of price points. This year, I’ve focused on supporting amazing small businesses like myself from around the world. Whether the gifts are for a loved one, or for yourself, hopefully there’s a little something for every boudoir lover. Happy shopping!
Glitz-o-matic 1950s Bad Girl Style Double Gold Hoop Earrings £9.00 – I do love a pair of statement earrings – and these offerings from Glitz-o-matic are statement pieces without the hefty weight of true vintage. With over 200 styles to choose from all around the £9 mark, there’s something in the collection to suit every wardrobe.
Seamed Stockings from What Katie Did £10.00 – The perfect stocking filler is stockings! What Katie Did do some of the best available in a range of neutral colours and a variety of beautiful brightly coloured seamed stockings too. Available in sizes S/M, M/L and Curve.
A Night Out for Two at The Aeronaut from £30.00 – Rising like a phoenix from the ashes, West London’s Best Pub 2018/19 The Aeronaut is back and better than ever! Two general admission tickets to one of the circus shows makes a fantastic present, although I’d factor in a little extra for some of their delicious food too. I hear the bottomless brunches are also worth checking out…
STRIP | TEASE by Tigz Rice £50.00 – It’s my 10th business birthday on 1 December, and I’m immeasurably proud to be releasing my new book STRIP | TEASE; a beautiful hardbound coffee table book showcasing my work within the burlesque community over the past decade. The ultimate gift for any burlesque fan. (For North America orders, please click here)
Lola Ramona leopard print handbag from Deadly is the Female £70.00 – It wouldn’t be my festive boudoir gift ideas without a little leopard print, and this Lola Ramona handbag is just perfection!
Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea at Sanderson London £100.00 – This afternoon tea would make the perfect post-boudoir photoshoot treat! Speaking from experience, their artisanal cocktails are sensational! The price shown is for two people and has both gluten-free and vegan options. Ps. just let me know if you need a plus one after your shoot!
Odelia Opium’s 1920s Style Kimono £160.00 – If you ever want to treat yourself to something really special then buy something handmade to measure! Odelia has been known to dress many a burlesque star, so you’ll be in very capable hands as she creates magic in a material and colour of your choosing.
The Pretty Dress Company’s Tilly Velvet off the shoulder prom dress £225.00 – I didn’t think the Tilly prom dress could be any more glamorous, but the velvet version here is sumptuous. I think a large statement necklace would look stunning but this dress really is the show stopper for any festive occasion.
Tigz Rice Boudoir Three photoshoot £500.00 – Whatever reason you’ve been putting it off for; the time is now! The ultimate in Boudoir inspired Christmas gifts has to be a boudoir shoot, and my Boudoir Two package gives you the opportunity to celebrate your body by creating beautiful, sophisticated and timeless images that will preserve those ‘wow, I look and feel incredible!’ memories for years to come. Are you ready for your close up?
Adjustable Classic Waspie from Bordelle £582.00 – This is one of my favourite lingerie pieces I own – and you’ll have seen it featured on the lovely Didi Derriere when she borrowed it for a shoot a few years ago. With fully adjustable back straps for the perfect fit and a 24k gold plated zip and fastenings, this is a statement lingerie piece for sure!
